Tampa Heights Community Garden Turns Five!
Tucked away in a corner of Tampa Heights is the love of local gardeners, Tampa Heights Community Garden (THCG). The garden is located at 605 E. Frances Avenue, adjacent to the Interstate on the east, Grove on the west, and three blocks south of Columbus Drive.
A celebration is planned marking five years of gardening, five years of fresh veggies, and five wonderful years of making the Tampa Heights community even stronger.
The celebration will be a traditional Porch Party with music, fellowship, and fun. Mark your calendars for Friday, Nov 4th, 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
In the spirit of a Tampa Heights Porch Party, guests are asked to bring a dish to share and their favorite beverage. THCG will supply the main dish, all paper goods, and delightful musical entertainment.
Some great donations were provided by some equally great sponsors that will be raffled the night of the event. Help make the celebration a success by supporting the Tampa Heights Community Garden with a $5 donation.
