Streetcar Preferred Expansion Route
TAMPA – Plans are firming up to expand the HART TECO Streetcar Line to Tampa Heights. The northern streetcar stop is tentatively planned to be Palm Avenue and travel via Franklin St, Florida Av or Tampa St. We are anticipating the continued prominence of Tampa Heights as a shopping, dining and entertainment destination and the profound desirability of our area for visitors and residents alike.
